We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter who is fluent in the Polish language for our Apeople headquarters in Born, The Netherlands.

Who are you?

 Recruiter (M/F), FULLTIME

As a Recruiter, you are responsible for finding suitable candidates for our various national and international projects. You are the key player between our account managers, customers and coordinators. It is your job to get the right people in the right place, so that we as a company can offer and carry out our services at the desired level.

You get the freedom you need to independently recruit candidates both national and international. For example, you set up creative campaigns to attract applicants and conduct the selection interviews with the people. Ultimately, in consultation with the colleagues involved, you select the best person for the available position at our client. Thinking in terms of possibilities and keeping focus on offering the right service comes naturally to you. We are looking for someone who is naturally socially skilled, easily makes contacts and likes to connect people.


Your tasks will include: 

  • Searching, interviewing and placing candidates;
  • As a Recruiter, you will frequently make phone calls, whether it is to interview candidates, give colleagues updates on current requests, or answer questions from temporary workers;
  • Drawing up vacancies and advertisements to find suitable people, you do this in a creative way that appeals to the targeted group in order to get the best result, the marketing team will support you in this;
  • Supervising the matched candidates. You regularly follow up on how people are doing and whether there are any points of attention that need to be addressed;
  • Taking care of the necessary administrative data, you ensure that all information of the candidates is put into our system and processed accordingly;
  • Supporting your operational colleagues when needed.


The Recruiter: 

  • Has a good, native, understanding of the Polish language, both verbally and in writing;
  • Has a good understanding of the Dutch and/or English language, both verbally and in writing;
  • Has completed relevant education in the recruitment or commercial field, preferably on ‘’bachelor-level’’;
  • Is creative in coming up with new strategies to fill that difficult vacancy;
  • Listens carefully during an interview and ensures that there is a clear and complete answer to all questions, so that we know exactly who we are dealing with;
  • Is able to enthuse candidates about the open vacancies and knows how to convince them that this is the right position;
  • Has 0-3 years of work experience and the ambition to make a career as a Recruiter;
  • Go-getter, result-oriented, enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and energetic characterize your person;
  • Can work both in a team and independently;
  • Has knowledge of and experience with MS Office;
  • Is in possession of a driver’s license B.
